Refund Policy

Refund Policy

  • - The customer can change the product with the same value of money with another one can change the date of the delivery provided that the product is not already prepared and ready for delivery
  • - The customer may ask to keep the credit amount and use it any time within 6 months from the date of the order and can request the other product via email given that the product is not ready and prepared for delivery
  • - SaWa Boutik can make refund on the same card used with the purchase subtracting any bank fees 
  • - Customized orders cannot be refunded unless agreed by the management  
  • - In the case of failed delivery due to receiver request, the delivery will happen the next day or any other agreed day however no refund will take place
  • - No refund is allowed in successful delivery.
